Elinchrom goes in together with Bowens on some camera lighting and business products. But Elinchrom does make its own line of products. The Elinchrom Digital Style 300RX/600RX offers a 2-monolight kit that comes with reflectors, light stands, cords, umbrellas, and cases. This light is adaptable to many different studio settings. Elinchrom also makes other products, such as the Style 400BX, Elinchrom D-Lite 4, D-Lite 2, Digital Style 600RX, and Style 1200RX. Each of these monolights is different, and used for different situations, but each of them will get the job done!

Portable Battery Power Pack

Portable batter power packs normally come with solar-powered batteries, that rechargeable and charge by the energy of the sun. These packs are great if you are doing an assignment out in the wilderness, or if you’re doing a project outside, somewhere that you don’t have much time or that many resources. These can be used for more than just cameras and accessories; they can be used for things such as laptops and other electronics that require just about any type of batteries. These packs normally come with the batteries (you’ll want to purchase these packs depending on which size you need), a carrying case, and some additional accessories. Here is some general information about power packs. The batteries are usually ones such as 12- or 8-volt, and are coated with acid. These batteries come with cords and chargers (those that are not solar-powered) that fit in places like a car. There’s a tricolor meter to let you know the battery’s charge status. There’s an automatic disconnect on some batteries to prevent the battery dying completely.

12 Volt Power Pack

The 12-volt power battery packs seem to be the most popular. A 12-volt battery can be used for many things, such as cameras, lights, laptops, and other things that are commonly used, even things such as telescopes. These are convenient for a lot of reasons; they store the batteries, and they can be recharged when needed. You can get a very long use out of a 12-volt battery power pack. If you can’t find a battery pack for a 12-volt, or they’re too expensive, you can make your own! You’ll need a 12-volt rechargeable battery, an automatic battery charger and/or adapter, a cigarette lighter jack (for the car), a small battery case, and nuts and bolts for the battery terminals. You’ll also need ring connectors for the nuts and bolts. These homemade packs will cost you about $90, whereas the pre-made packs will cost you about $180. It’s a great idea!

How To Charge A 12-Volt Power Pack

12-volt power packs are normally charged with adapters or chargers. The adapters are for putting the batteries into places that will automatically charge them, such as the cigarette lighter spot in your car. The chargers actually charge the 12-volt, and nothing else, and are normally sold separately from the 12-volt. They do, however, come with a 12-volt power pack.
